Voxco Agent

Logging-in to a project

To log-in to a project module

1.

In the web browser, run the appropriate URL; this is usually done by running a shortcut on the Windows desktop. In the Open Session page, enter your user name, password (if any) and context (if applicable). Click on the Login button.

2.

A list of project modules will be presented, together with Voxco Agent's controls on the left-hand side of the screen.

TCPA Connect (manual dialling) modules are presented in their own section of the list:

3.

Before selecting a project module, you may wish to change Preferences for the session. The following Preferences are available:

  • Toolbar position - Top or Left

  • Language of interface - English or French.  The default language on log-in is the one configured for the user (interviewer) in the security system. The language selected here, if changed, applies only for the duration of the session.

  • Show Logo - Show or hide the Voxco page header.

  • Change Password - Change the interview's password.

4.

Available project modules may be divided in up to 2 main sections:

  • Projects with Priority

Pronto predictive and non-predictive modules appearing in this section have been assigned 'session management' priorities. They are displayed with check-boxes,;you can select more than one of them. When you finish an interview in one module, in certain situations you might be logged-out and prompted to log-into the other one presented.

Note: Once a particular Pronto module is selected, it will be disabled from selection in conjunction from another CATI module.

  • Projects with No Priority

These project modules may be divided into more than one section, each one representing a specific Pronto Dialer, or No Dialer.

Note: You can show/hide a section's detail by means of the Maximize/Minimize button located at the top-left corner of the section.

If you are working on a local workstation, once you have selected your project module, click on the Accept button; the Interviewing main screen will then appear.

If you are working on a remote workstation, the Inbound or Outbound Remote Agent page will appear.
