When a WebSpace is selected within the WebSpaces Master folder, its WebSpace Settings page will appear. Enter the following information in the fields within the tab.

Simultaneous CAWI Conn |
The maximum number of simultaneous connections for CAWI (self-administered surveys). |

Simultaneous CATI Conn |
The maximum number of simultaneous CATI connections (agent/interviewer sessions). |

Idle Time (minutes) |
The maximum number of minutes that the screen can remain be idle, after which the session will be disconnected. Note: A similar setting exists at the project level; whichever is the shorter always applies. |
