Roles

A Role consists of a set of Permissions applicable to a set of selected folders in the Command Center. Permissions are specific to each type of Master Folder.

Setting Permissions for a Role

  1. In the left-hand list, select the folder in the hierarchy to which you wish Permissions to apply.

  2. In the right-hand list, use the check boxes to turn on/off the actions which are to be permitted.

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have assigned the permitted actions to the desired folder.

  4. Click on the Accept button to confirm.
