Note: A radio button or check box needs 2 images: one for the 'on' condition and the other for its 'off' condition. The title of the image for the 'on' condition must finish with the characters 'ON'. The title for the image for the 'off' condition must have the same name without the 'ON' suffix. Example: RADIOBON.GIF and RADIOB.GIF respectively. When you select the image to use, you must select the one with the 'ON' suffix.
