If you want to modify any one of the seven properties, select the property from the drop-down menu and change the corresponding attributes as described below.
The Page Layout property sets the attributes for frames, headers and footers. Select an attribute and modify it as described in the table below.
Attribute |
Modify |
Frame Priority |
You can adjust the frame to fit in a vertical or horizontal position by choosing the appropriate position from the drop-down menu. This attribute determines which position (horizontal or vertical) has priority over the other. Note: This attribute functions only when there is a horizontal and vertical frame and they have to be previously defined by the Frame - Left, Frame - Top, Frame - Right, Frame - Bottom properties. |
Resizable Frame |
This box should be checked if you want the frames to be resizable, that is, shortening or lengthening the frame by dragging it. |

The contents of the header can consist of script, images, etc. For more information regarding the text editor, see Text Editor. You can change the background color by selecting one from the drop-down menu. If a color you wish does not appear, go to the bottom of the list and select "Custom...". This opens the color palette where you can create a color. Note: If you opt to place an image as background, the image will hide the background color you have chosen. Also, it is recommended that you choose a background color that allows you to read the text properly should the background image fail to appear (e.g., a link error). |
Image |
You can insert an image as a background by clicking the icon. This will open the image browser. Refer to Image Browser for more details. |
Repeat |
This attribute repeats the background when the question is long. You can repeat the background by selecting Yes from the drop-down menu. You can also repeat on the Y- or X- axis depending on the background's orientation. To prevent repeating, select No from the drop-down menu. |
