A Pronto Server is a Voxco telephony server comprising both hardware and software to drive inbound, outbound and blended campaigns. The hardware consists of a custom configured "industrial" PC with telephony cards installed. The software component is implemented as a service running under MS Windows. When considering its outbound telephony features alone, Pronto Server would be described in the industry as a Predictive Dialer.

Starts, Stops and Pauses the Service. The Add and Delete from Service Control Manager database items apply to the use of the Pronto Server as a service. Automatic and Manual are options for launching the Pronto Server service. |

The Licences information screen is used for modifying and updating the licensed options for the Pronto Server. Note: Modifications are only registered when the correct code (supplied by Voxco) is entered in the dialog box which appears when the Update button is clicked. |
