To create a Text-type screen

1. Click the "add" button next to Number of screens box to add a new line to the end of the list.

2. Specify the first and last questions to be displayed on the screen. Drag and drop the appropriate questions from the Question list into the Begin and End fields, or enter the aliases manually.

3. Double click the Type field. Select the Text type from the drop-down list. This button opens the Screen Options window in which you can specify the HTML code defining the screen to be displayed.
