Acuity4 Survey Questionnaire features which are not supported:

• Conversion to a Command Center questionnaire. Note: However, a Command Center questionnaire can be published to Acuity4 Survey.

• Nested rosters

• Series

• Sections

• $SQL masks

• $X

• Groups in $S masks

• Skip to LASTQ

• Skipping an individual cell in a grid

• Question rotations with block size > 1 will not be automatically converted

• Custom interruption codes (INT questions)

• Template 5 on multiple columns

• Text templates

• Include files

• Conditional recalls

• Multiple-mention continuous questions

Acuity4 Survey field restrictions

• Acuity4 Survey field modules and reporting only operate on Acuity4 Survey data and not on the Command Center project data

• Acuity4 Survey geo-location data is not available in Command Center

• Acuity4 Survey case filters do not support Dialing mode, interviewers, time slots, call-back date.

• Acuity4 Survey does not support the Command Center Case Restriction feature.

• Acuity4 Survey does not support Response modification tracking.

• Case notes are not supported by Acuity4 Survey.

Project configuration restrictions

• Only 1 instance of A4Survey can be registered for a CC3 context.

• Only 1 A4Survey data collection module can exist for a Command Center project.

• An A4 survey can only be linked to 1 Command Center project.
